About the role:

We are a technically focused B2B industrial company looking for someone who blends technical expertise with sales capability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries and follow-ups, generate new leads, and drive sales from first contact to final delivery.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Degree in engineering, or a business related field
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial sectors
  • Explore and understand customer’s process requirements to recommend suitable solutions
  • Own the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to continuously improve business outcomes
