About the role:
We are a technically focused B2B industrial company looking for someone who blends technical expertise with sales capability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries and follow-ups, generate new leads, and drive sales from first contact to final delivery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Degree in engineering, or a business related field
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial sectors
- Explore and understand customer’s process requirements to recommend suitable solutions
- Own the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning
- Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and customer feedback to continuously improve business outcomes
